Today was another day off for me and I am really starting to get spoiled with them. I decided to look awesome today and do my makeup using my new Urban Decay XX Vice Limited Palette with some assistance from the Vice 2 and Kat Von D's Trooper eyeliner. I'm in love.

Sugar, How You Get so Fly
It's Suzy Sunday with Catherine!! She came up to visit for a few hours after going to visit her mom for her birthday! It so lovely to see her ^__^ I can wait until we can meet up again! We were able to go to Fresh to Order and get a Cupcake from Sweet by Good Golly Miss Holly. And then she met Peter and got to see why I love him.

Today's Permit Day
And it was a really long day. Aft a morning of pancake making and Just Dance- ing with Catherine, we headed to the permit test taking place which, even though it wasn't a DMV, gave me anxiety. I'm not an anxious person. Now before anyone says anything about the whole "you're 21 and just got your permit" thing, don't. It took so long because I don't really have a desire or a care to drive. It's not a thing that was ever on my radar. Things happened, time ran out, my mom was sick, my sister was pregnant, I hate the DMV more than most people, IB was stressful, I had no need to drive, I'm too laid back for my own good, I'm blind in one eye. Pick one and apply it as the reason it took so long.
After getting said permit though, Catherine and I went looking for Halloween costumes and brackets and something else that is escaping me right now.
I tried on the one above and one other one. Ill give hugs and props to the person who can guess whatthat costume was supposed to be. I didn't end up getting that one either, I got the other one. Now I just have to acquire fangs. Woo!
Catherine and I's very long day soon came to a close when I got a text from a manager to remind me about a coworkers birthday! So Catherine and piled back in the car and ran to Publix to gather the ingredient to make cupcakes! I didn't have a great piping bag for the pink icing but I'm impressed with how this cupcake came out!

Tuesday on Wednesday
Suzy Tuesday on Wednesday isn't quite as fun as Suzy Tuesday on Tuesdays but it is pretty close! Catherine and I planned for today so that we could have more than three hours to hang out which would have been the case yesterday. We started today's adventure with habachi and sushi from this interesting little place off Hillsborough. I've never quite experienced those flavors in steak habachi before but it wasn't bad. Catherine got two rolls of sushi which was part of their lunch special. From what I can tell, they were good for the special price but they weren't worth a returning trip. Taco Son remains the winner for the "Places suggested to Catherine that are actually good"mars.
We concluded our food outing with cupcakes from Cupcake Cache and today's treats were chocolaty, vanilla-y, marscopne-y, and chai tea-y! Again, Catherine and I were definitely happy with our choices and can't to go back. I am personally excited to try Linus' Tempation which is this pumpkin cupcake thing that they could make for me if I called a day in advance but I would rather just find it on my own. I also want to try another one called Babar's Treat which consists of a peanut butter cookie and vanilla cake and something else and sugar and rainbows.
After we indulged our cupcake fantasies, we continued to plan birthday trips/November explorations to far of kingdoms and universes (of the Magic and Studios kind I should say). Things still aren't set in stone but we have some more time.

Cupcakes and Memories
I MISSED CATHERINE SO MUCH AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HER AGAIN SOON <3 <3
As you can probably guess, I was able to see Catherine today and we had fun adventures! First we went to get cupcakes at this quaint little cupcake shop called "Cupcake Cache" which is located next to Busch Gardens. This place is phenomenal. It's family owned but they have 63 different cupcake flavors and so far, Catherine and I haven't found one we don't like. I was able to get my peanut butter fix taken car of and I ordered the peanut butter cup cupcake which was a chocolate cake filled with peanut butter mousse and hazelnut filling, topped with peanut but buttercream, and garnished with a peanut butter cup. SO GOOOOODDDDD!!! Catherine tried the orange blossom (I think that is what it was called) which was an orange cake, with orange filling, orange icing, and topped with an chewy orange candy slice! She was very pleased with her purchase so I am sure we will be visiting the little shop again! We also picked up real food from Jason's Deli before heading to Catherine's house and eating said lunch and cupcakes. The next three hours was spent catching up, drawing Disney scenes, and playing Mario Word!
The Storyline challenge for today is to reflect on a picture.
The picture I decided to reflect on is not a picture of me but of my mother and my sister's father. From what I am told, this was taken before my mother's 20th birthday which makes her younger in this picture than I am now. I posted this once before on Facebook and captioned it that we were twins. Eerily enough, we are. My chin and cheeks are little fuller and my nose has a tiny bit more definition towards the tip but other than that, we look identical in the face. I was never told that I looked like my mother when I was growing up. My sister, yes but not my mom. It is so weird for me to look at this picture because all I see is myself and that (in some backwards way) reminds me that she is always with me.

Getting Out There
After around two weeks of planning, my sisters, some other friends, and I were finally able to hold our birthday party for the kids at the homeless coalition! I was really surprised that as many people came out to help with it as they did. I honestly got the impression that no one really wanted to participate so if you're reading this and you helped, thank you again so incredibly much.
AFTER the birthday party, I went with two of my sisters to Panera and then we played Just Dance. The video that now exists of one of my sisters and I trying to dance to "Careless Whisper" is kind of the funniest thing I've seen in a long time.

Wreck it Ralph - 2012
Considering tomorrow will consist of an intense GRE Prep session, gearing up for my final rush week, and a new Hunter Hayes single, I took today easy. I slept in (read until 1pm) and then went to the mall with my roommate in order to get my outfits for rush week to then come home and watch Paul Walker (RIP) and Vin Diesel destroy Rio in Fast Five. Basically I did nothing and in doing nothing I've worked up an appetite/desperate need for cupcakes. They are seriously all I've wanted since 2 o' clock this afternoon. It's ridiculous. So after I'm finished with this post I will be venturing out to navigate the night bus system to get either ingredients to make cupcakes to buy pre made cupcakes. Cupcakes will be acquired some way or another. While I'm at the store I may grab something to cook my chicken with for dinner. Baking cupcakes counts as learning how to cook right?
